Buffet is a Melbourne-based publication that aims to be a responsive platform for art-centric writing through facilitating four ongoing discussions spanning across the four planned editions of the publication. Through doing so, Buffet is interested in extending the possibilities and relevance of talking about art by accumulating content that is written by artists and art writers, as well as non-artists and non-art writers.
